About the Summit
On September 5, 2026, TATS brings the deep tech ecosystems of Türkiye and the United States together at Türkevi in New York to build a lasting bridge between them.
TATS sets out to take technology cooperation and economic exchange between Türkiye and the United States to its highest level, building a lasting bridge between the technology ecosystems of the two countries.
The summit is designed as a strategic hub that pairs the dynamic engineering, manufacturing and R&D capacity of Türkiye with the global capital, market reach and deep tech infrastructure of the United States.
The one-day program is built around keynote addresses, thematic panels, a technology and project exhibition, and a networking reception — putting every link of the ecosystem under one roof on the same day.

Mission
To accelerate technology transfer, B2B integration and cooperation by bringing together the engineers, entrepreneurs, academics and investors working on the critical technologies of the future: space, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and advanced engineering.

Each heading is meant to open concrete ground for collaboration between the Turkish and American ecosystems.

Aerospace, Space & Orbital Technologies
Aerospace is the widest of the summit's headings. Launch and orbital services, satellite systems, advanced materials and manufacturing methods in aviation are approached through one question: where Türkiye's engineering, production and R&D capacity and the US deep tech base can work together.

Dual-Use & Autonomous Systems
Technologies where the line between civil and strategic use has blurred — autonomous platforms, uncrewed systems, sensing and decision-support architectures — are discussed from both an engineering and a policy angle. The panel attached to this heading traces that evolution with experts from both countries.

Artificial Intelligence & Data Science
Artificial intelligence cuts across all four panels. Model development, data infrastructure, applied data science and the spread of AI through industrial and public processes are examined through the lens of the strategic partnerships the two countries can build.

Technology Finance & Investment
Deep tech is long-horizon and capital-intensive. This heading looks at how venture capital, fund management, corporate investment and public support mechanisms reach ventures in the field, and how the depth of US capital and markets can connect with companies coming out of Türkiye.

Deep Tech & International Relations
Progress in deep tech is not an engineering question alone: public institutions, regulatory frameworks and diplomacy are part of the process. This heading covers the institutional terrain founders meet when entering the US market, and how the ties between the two countries' technology institutions can be strengthened.
